Serving straight from vineyard to table, Ember Steak invites you to savor the flavors of each season.

​​With a commitment to serving local and fresh ingredients, Ember Steak partners with farmers in our community. Whenever possible, we source local proteins and vegetables for our seasonal menus. Some ingredients are collected directly from our vineyard and gardens, including our onsite chicken coop.

The Feathers chapter in this series celebrates the elegance of game birds with a menu that brings together a luscious Trio of Fowl Liver Pâté, tender Roasted Squab and more. Each dish invites you to savor the depth and artistry of wild poultry prepared with finesse.
